Growing up on a marina at Lake Macquarie, boating has always been in Perry’s blood. After starting with Geoff Lovett International in 2004 Perry purchased the business from in 2015 and with a huge emphasis on customer service and quality stock, he has continued the success of GLI.

Along with the challenge of making the sale, Perry says he most enjoys “making people happy”.
“When I’m out on a boat, I forget about everything. That same relaxation and freedom that I find on a boat, I love sharing. That’s the buzz I get from getting people in the boat that suits them.”

GLI Founder Geoff has coursed all paths of the marine industry in sales, dealership, distribution and marina development thru his career. After firmly establishing GLI on Queensland’s magnificent Gold Coast and passing the reins to Perry in 2015 Geoff still joins the team daily and is an un-riveled source of marine industry knowledge.

Col has a very successful history in the Australian marine industry, with the last 35 plus years of his career spent owning and operating Spinnaker Sound Marina, operating his own successful brokerage business showcasing the Bertram / Caribbean franchise, plus holding the position of Sales Manager for one of the Gold Coast’s most successful boat brokerages. Over his career he has been involved with selling a wide variety of vessels from small cruisers, sport fishing boats through to luxury motor yachts.

Col brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business and is true testament as to why customers keep coming back to GLI when looking to sell or trading up to their next boating dream.

Laurens extensive experience (over 15 years) with GLI combines her considerable industry and business management skills to service our clients to the highest capability.

From contract administration and settlement to managing the GLI charter operation, Lauren provides the backbone of GLI.

The newest member to the GLI Team – Phil – comes from a long and varied background in the Marina Industry including Marina Management, Shipwright, Boat & Yacht Brokerage and Sales.
