CONSTRUCTION: Built strong and light weight for coastal waters and lakes. The hull is constructed with sandwich core PVC foam from Diab and hand laid up system. Construction of the hull under water is solid fibre glass coated with 5 layers of epoxy coating to guarantee the utmost quality and durability.
DECK: Teak deck with stainless steel fittings custom made for the Classics. The front anchor hold is self-draining with mooring line storage a Bruce anchor with chain and rope is stored in hold. Teak rub rails with stainless steel protection rail finish and Teakwood toe rail with
integrated mooring fairleads. Custom-made stainless-steel water and diesel filler caps with stainless steel goose neck air pipes, stainless steel classic look navigation lights, stainless steel anchor well hatch in self draining anchor well, self-draining stainless-steel flag pole holder with teakwood flagpole with stainless steel protection bush plus full canvas covers for the deck and transom.
HULL: A custom-made stainless-steel port light on each side of the hull, stainless steel ladder mounted port side aft, stowed away in the cockpit seat with the hull colour blue with white antifouling with Prop Speed applied to the running gear.
COCKPIT: Teak self draining cockpit with seating for 6 covered with a spray hood made of Sunbrella fabric and a stainless-steel removable windshield with unbreakable Lexan glass plus a full extension from the spray hood to the stern to cover the cockpit for when the boat is not in use. The entry hatch are louvered sliding doors fitted with stainless steel hinges and lock whilst the custom-made lounge cushions are in blue Sunbrella fabric and the insert between the benches have cushions to realise a large sunbed and it has 2 stainless steel fender holders.
CABIN: A forward cabin can be a small double or 2 singles with the walls fully teak lined. The timberwork is of the highest quality and finish. AII bedding is upholstered in blue marine fabric from Sunbrella. A portable chemical toilet is fitted discreetly under the front bed and it is easy to discharge being fitted with a dischargeable cassette. A Fusion sound system with iPod inlet and 2 speakers is also located in cabin.
GALLEY: The galley is fitted with a stainless-steel sink, portable propane gas stove and a fully insulated icebox that can be converted to a fridge which is fitted with hatch locks and wing nuts making it easy to remove for access to the lower hull.
NAVIGATION AREA: A hand held VHF radio, with a Garmin GPS plotter and sounder, speed, water temperature and engine system gauges in retro style are set in an illuminated dash at the helm station in centre of the cockpit. A toggle switch for bow thruster plus a 90mm Ritchie S53 compass are fitted in a stainless-steel bracket with the volume control for the Fusion entertainment system and 2 speakers. The 30″ steering wheel is hand crafted teak and stainless steel.
ELECTRICAL: LED lights and courtesy lights fitted throughout the cabin and cockpit and aII the electrical items are fitted as per ISO and CE standard.
ENGINEERING: Single 286HP Styre diesel shaft drive engine with a stainless-steel water lubricated stern tube with stainless steel propeller shaft, exposed propeller shaft installation with streamline stainless steel P bracket plus a cooling water filter with stainless steel sea cocks and a water-cooled exhaust system with rubber muffler and stainless-steel custom-made outlets. Fuel and water separation filters and the fuel tank capacity of 210 litres with extra dip stick control and detachable inspection lid. 2 x 12 volt start batteries and 1 x 12-volt household deep cycle batteries are installed along with emergency tiller steering if required. A bow thruster and hydraulic steering system are also fitted along with electric bilge pumps with automatic and manual operating.
