The U-shaped galley is down with under bench refrigeration, Corian bench tops and lounge seating to starboard with a TV. Forward, the master stateroom has an island berth and ensuite with separate shower stall whilst the guest stateroom has single berths x 2 and has a day head opposite.
Engine room access is via a hinged section of the cockpit flooring and accommodates the dual 660HP Caterpillar 3195TA shaft drive diesels that cruise “BLUE BAYOU” at a comfortable 18 knots and when required can reach
up to 24 knots. “BLUE BAYOU” is built on a Raymond Hunt designed modified deep-V hull with a short keel
and prop pockets to level the engines.
